We are now offering personal one on one health consultations over the phone for those who want to be educated in good lifestyle choices that can not only prevent disease, but in many cases reverse it. To receive a phone consultation with one of our lifestyle educators you need to fill out and submit the assessment form that is on this page and then call us on 1-800-844-1099 and ask for an appointment to be arranged with one of our counselors. Our consultations usually take about 1 hour, so please allow enough time for us to do a thorough job.

Cost: Our consultations are on a donation basis and we only ask you to give according to what the information is worth to you. Our counselors (although not doctors) have years of experience and training in lifestyle education and will do their best to educate you into correct lifestyle habits.
